Hi! I’M VICTORIA

I’m an Embodiment Geek.

MY STORY

I started my career creating curiosity moments for children — helping them discover that learning and growing is part of what it means to live an embodied life. From there, I moved into mental health therapy, earning my licensure and working with adults navigating the ways they define — or limit — themselves.

It's always been the same story: understanding and remembering who we are.

I've moved through the world somatically my whole life — dancing jazz and ballet as a kid, finding yoga while training as a therapist, weaving Tai Chi in too, drawn by its slower, more listening quality. Not to replace one thing with another, but to weave. That's always been my instinct.

I didn't plan my path. I followed it.

"I ask myself, what will help me learn and grow and live in a more embodied way in my Self and with others?"

That impulse has moved me across decades and disciplines. And the throughline has always been the same: relationship. Wherever I've worked, it's been in relationship with people — listening, holding, guiding, and walking alongside.

I'm an embodiment geek. I genuinely mean that as a compliment to my Self.

A THRESHOLD

At my own edge

Over two decades ago, I co-founded a Women's Wisdom Circle. Four women, meeting every other Friday night, for years. Our whole lives were oriented with a commitment to that.

Three of those four women have since passed. I'm the last remaining.

Now 65, I'm doing what I've always done: following what's next. Sixty-five does not mean retirement to me. It means stepping into what is unimaginably new.

The Women's Wisdom Circle is craving a new iteration. I'm bringing it forward.

HOW I WORK

My superpower is showing up.

Not arriving with answers — arriving with Presence. And holding you in it long enough that your Bridge can reveal itself one slat at a time.

  • My practice

Four decades of practice: yoga, Tai Chi-inspired movement, somatic awareness, clinical mental health training, the Creation Exercise Template Practice, and intuitive guidance. I don't lead with credentials — I lead with what the moment requests.

  • My process

I work through Trust, Relationship, and Embodiment — not as abstract principles, but as lived, practiced orientations. I teach what I've walked myself.

  • My presence

"Movement is somatic for me. It is the innate way I experience the world — and how I know who I am." Our sessions together are felt, not just understood.

YOU MIGHT BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…

This work is for you.

  • You feel a gap between who you are and who you know your Self to be — and you're done pretending it isn't there.

  • You're not looking for a quick fix. You're ready to show up, consistently, and build something real.

  • You've tried the frameworks and programs. What you're longing for is something more embodied — a return to what you already know.

  • You understand that real commitment — the kind that orients your whole life — is not a burden. It's a practice of coming Home.

  • You are ready to be in relationship with your Self — not as a side project, but as a primary orientation.

Ready to build your Bridge?

The Women's Wisdom Circle 1.0 is opening soon. Six weeks. One group of women. One Bridge at a time.
